Lowell

Like Dilys and Duncan, Lowell (a good-size Springer Spaniel) is Canadian. He was recruited from a store in Trois Rivières, Quebec and is bilingual, speaking both French and English. Lowell is a capable, hardworking dog.  He is also the best looking fellow in his class, though maybe a little too conscious of the fact.
